Among these, oncolytic viruses hold significant promise but face challenges such as clinical resistance and manufacturing bottlenecks. Biomanufacturing remains a critical obstacle for all virus-based therapies. Dr. Diallo and his team have been at the forefront of developing small molecules to overcome these barriers, enhancing the effectiveness of oncolytic viruses and improving the production of viral vectors and vaccines.
