For complete information regarding required documents, please visit the <a title=\"Graduate Admissions Required Documents\" href=\"http:\/\/graduate.carleton.ca\/apply-online\/required-documents\/\">Graduate Admissions website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"practicum-pathway\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Practicum Pathway<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><td><strong>Document\/Forms<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Details<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Transcript(s)<\/td><td>All post-secondary transcripts are required.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Letters of Reference<\/td><td>Two (2) are required and should be submitted by former professors (preferably your project\/thesis supervisors) or qualified persons at your place of work.<p><\/p>\n<p>If the applicant has had some experience in clinical trials and regulatory affairs previously, at least one letter of reference from a supervisor is preferred.<\/p>\n<p>An academic referee is a faculty member with whom you have studied and is able to assess your potential for graduate level study and research. References from non-academic supervisors may be accepted in certain cases i.e. professional references or for professional programs.<\/p>\n<p>NOTE:&nbsp; References from family members, friends, students, former or current classmates, employees, colleagues and\/or&nbsp;Teaching Assistants are not accepted.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Statement of Intent<\/td><td>One (1) is required.<p><\/p>\n<p>A 500 word future-focused Statement of Intent indicating how you envision the program will advance your career goals and what you intend to do with this degree.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Statement of Relevant Work Experience<\/td><td>One (1) is required. This statement should provide a clear, concise, specific, and compelling overview of your background, skills and competencies, relevant work experience, responsibilities and roles, contributions and achievements related to clinical trials and regulatory affairs. Do not exceed 1000 typewritten words in total.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>CV\/Resum\u00e9<\/td><td>One (1) is required. Your CV\/Resum\u00e9 should outline your education and professional work experience.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Language Proficiency (ESL Test Scores)<\/td><td>Required, if applicable. Applications may be considered after February 1 only if space remains in the program.
