Enjoy a 50 minute yoga class in the MacOdrum Library!

Yoga has been proven to relieve stress, increase strength and flexibility, lower your blood pressure, and increase your energy level. The list of benefits is long. This class is structured for beginners. However, more experienced students will be given options to intensify their practice.

This class will be led by Shane Mitchell.

Fall Session 1

Location: 482 Library (Discovery Centre)
Tuesday, September 26 – Tuesday, November 7 (Classes on Oct 3 and 17 will be held in room 252 Library)

$40 (plus HST) for the 7-week session

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring your own yoga mat, a towel (to sit/kneel on) and a sweater and socks (to keep warm in case the room is cool).
