12 Days of Stress Management

It’s the most wonderful (or not-so-much) time of the year.

The month of December brings with it many celebrations, traditions, opportunities to connect with loved ones, and the exciting feeling of a fresh start just around the corner. However, for many people the month of December also brings with it a heightened sense of loneliness, grief, and stress.

Healthy Workplace is putting the spotlight on stress with the 12 Days of Stress Management – a series dedicated to providing support to the Carleton University faculty and staff community with a different offering everyday for the first 12 days of the month. Each offering will focus on providing faculty and staff with the opportunity to take a break, disconnect, or to simply gain tools and knowledge about how to best manage stress.

The 12 Days of Stress Management present an excellent opportunity to step away from the busyness of December and explore tools and strategies for managing stress so that you truly can enjoy the most wonderful time of the year. We look forward to see you broaden your knowledge all while relieving some stress!
