Mindful Eating 101: How to Get Started
You may have heard this term before, but what exactly is mindful eating and how can you apply this approach into your daily life. Mindful eating focuses on bringing our attention to our eating experience with all of our senses and noticing, without judgement, the emotional and physical responses that happen before, during and after the experience. The focus is more on how to eat, and less on what to eat.
This session will be presented by Ruba El Mokahal, Registered Dietitian with Carleton’s Dining Services.
