Run for Women – Join the Ravens for Mental Health Team!
More than ever, Carleton’s ongoing commitment to always “Strive for Wellness” must inform everything we do. As part of this commitment to wellness, we hope you will consider joining us for the annual Run for Women on the “Ravens for Mental Health” team.
This year’s LOVE YOU by Shoppers Drug Mart™ Run for Women will be held in Ottawa on Sunday, June 5th, 2022 at LeBreton Flats Park with 5K/10K run or walk and 1k Little Steps options (a virtual option is also available for those who preferred the flexibility of last year’s run/walk).
8:00 a.m. – 1K Little Steps
8:15 a.m. – Welcome and Warm-up
8:30 a.m. – 10K start
8:45 a.m. – 5K Run start
8:50 a.m. 5K Walk start
For anyone completing the virtual walk/run the deadline to complete and submit any results is June 5th.

Registration is open and we would welcome you to use the coupon code UNIVERSITY for $5 off your registration fee. Each registration includes a swag bag of goodies, from the Run for Women’s title sponsor Shoppers Drug Mart, and run-walk t-shirt.
Please feel free to invite others to register as well – your family, friends, colleagues, students, or other people in your networks – and participate in this amazing opportunity to support mental health programs and partner with the amazing Royal Ottawa, which does so much to provide critical care to members of our greater Ottawa community.
You can also join our Lunchtime Run Group that will meet on Fridays in May and June leading up to the Race Day.
