Spring / Summer Meditation Session

Most of us would appreciate more peace and harmony in our lives. Mindfulness meditation is an excellent way to begin. The simple yet profound practice of meditation is easy to learn. This basic meditation series is for beginners, as well as anyone who would like to refresh their understanding of the meditation technique. It is ecumenical, and all are very welcome, regardless of their background. The series will be led by the Spirituality Centre’s Buddhist chaplain, Dr. Colin Cordner, Director of the Ottawa Shambhala Centre.
