Employee Wellbeing in Times of COVID-19: Overview of Key Findings – Carleton University

COVID-19 has resulted in unprecedented work/life situations for employees across Canada, and Carleton is no different. These challenges are particularly evident for those who are faced with the challenge of being productive for work while also providing care and home-schooling to their children, and/or care to elderly parents who are particularly vulnerable to health complications from COVID-19. This talk reports on the key findings from our analysis of the data provided by the 1018 Carleton Employees who responded to the Employee Wellbeing in Times of COVID-19 study.

The event is free, and everyone in the Carleton community is welcome to attend.
