Stress and burnout are common subjects that can impact our day to day routine. They act on the body in many ways, leading to symptoms such as exhaustion, difficulty losing weight, mood changes or low blood pressure for example. Join Dr. Natalie Pond, ND for this 45-minute talk where she will be discussing the physiology of stress, the different stages of stress and burnout, how to recognize the signs and symptoms, tips that you can start using right away, and common natural supports.

Dr. Natalie Pond is a Naturopathic Doctor at Manotick Integrative Health.
