Reducing or cutting back on sugar can have great health benefits — but how do you get started? What are the best tips and tricks for reducing sugar in your meals, snacks and drinks? Join plant-based chef & registered holistic nutritionist Amy Longard for an interesting and informative online workshop for answers to these questions and lots of ideas and suggestions on ways you can start making little changes that will have a big impact on your health.
This session is being hosted in conjunction with the launch of the 30-Day Sugar Challenge, beginning October 1!
