Join plant-based chef & nutritionist Amy Longard for an interactive virtual cooking class! Participants can follow along at home and cook a delicious meal. We will be preparing Roasted Tofu & Veggie Bowls with Tangy Peanut! You will be sent a list of ingredients prior to the session so you can make the dish at home.
