The Every Day in May physical activity challenge is back and we’re launching it during Mental Health Week! Staying active is so important for our physical AND mental health. This fun challenge encourages Carleton faculty and staff to engage in a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity each day in the month of May. Physical activity may look different for everyone – as long as you’re moving your body, it counts!
How it Works
- Register using the form below and pledge to engage in 30 minutes of physical activity every day in May.
- Download the fillable tracking sheet and begin tracking your daily activity. You can add a check mark over each flower, and type in your activity on the line beneath.
- Submit your completed tracking sheet to email@example.com by Sunday, June 5th for your chance to win prizes!
