Meet the Healthy Workplace Committee
A healthier workplace and healthier employees — that’s the goal of Carleton University’s Healthy Workplace Committee.
This important committee is part of Carleton’s commitment to creating a healthy and friendly workplace.
We can proudly point to the existing work/life programs and policies that assist employees in balancing the competing demands of work and personal lives. Some of these include the Employee and Family Assistance Plan; free tuition for employees, their dependents and spouses; generous maternity and paternity leave plans; a comprehensive benefits plan; and so much more.
Now, we invite you to take the next step in Carleton’s wellness journey. We encourage all staff, supervisors, managers, and faculty to support and champion a healthy workplace by participating in the wellness activities that will be designed to improve our physical, mental, and social well-being.
Together, we can make Carleton the healthiest university and workplace in Canada.
Yours in health,
