Do you know what mental health supports are available for staff and faculty? Would you feel comfortable speaking with a colleague about their well-being while also knowing the boundaries around the support you could offer? This virtual workshop on Supporting a Colleague provides some tips and resources for how to proceed when you are concerned about a colleague. Using the 4R model, we discuss how to&nbsp;Recognize, Respond, Refer and Reflect when a colleague is struggling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To register, please fill out the form below.
