The Healthy Workplace Run Club aims to provide a friendly and welcoming environment for beginners as well as experienced runners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Join us to fulfill your personal goals with other employees who share your passion for running. Run Club typically meets on Wednesday and Fridays at 12:05pm just outside Carleton Athletics (between the Athletics and Norm Fenn Gym under the bridge<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open to all Carleton University Faculty & Staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Join The Run Club Email List:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To join the email list, email Adrian Chan (adrianchan@cunet.carleton.ca<\/em><\/strong>)<\/strong><\/em>.<\/strong> Email the distribution list at running@sce.carleton.ca<\/a> on Wednesday or Friday morning if you plan to run that day and are looking for company. Those on the email list can then indicate if they’d like to meetup and join in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE<\/strong>: Be sure to use the email address associated with the distribution list; otherwise, your email gets held by the distribution list (to limit spam).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
