The intended outcomes of the Accessibility &amp; Wellness Series are to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Increase awareness within members of the Carleton community about accessibility issues and how they relate and contribute to wellness of individuals and the community as a whole;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage awareness into action approach through the provision of concrete strategies, resources and connections for participants;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highlight the connection between accessibility and accessible practices and the wellness of individuals;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase the conversations about accessibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to these outcomes, this speaker series helps promote the goals outlined in Carleton&#8217;s new <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/president\/strategic-integrated-plan-sip\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Strategic Integrated Plan<\/a>, as well as supports the goals of Carleton&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/read\/accessibility-strategy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Coordinated Accessibility Strategy<\/a>, by adding to the
