The Carleton Compass is an onboarding initiative that pairs new employees with existing Carleton faculty and staff who volunteer as Navigators<\/span> who will <\/span>introduce new employees<\/span> to the<\/span> Carleton<\/span> community<\/span> as soon as they arrive<\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Carleton Compass program works to complement the existing <\/span>new employee <\/span>onboarding process by creating a sense of inclusion and belonging in the new employee, as well as allowing existing Carleton faculty and staff the chance to share their institutional knowledge and experience with others, further strengthening their Carleton pride.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
