Healthy Workplace would like to officially welcome you to the Carleton University community!<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/header>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

We look forward to supporting your onboarding process with the Carleton Compass program \u2013 an initiative that <\/span>pairs new employees with existing Carleton faculty and staff who volunteer as Navigators. <\/span>Navigators are enthusiastic ambassadors of Carleton University who welcome and assist new employees in learning the Carleton culture in an informal setting, share information about Carleton\u2019s facilities and resources, encourage their new colleagues to take advantage of services, and contribute to a sense of belonging. <\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We understand how overwhelming it can be to begin a new role and join a new place of employment.  Your Navigator will not only be a friendly face on campus, but a member of the Carleton community eager to provide support as you navigate your way through your first few months at Carleton. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following your HR Orientation, you will receive an email from Carleton Compass, giving you the opportunity to opt-in to the program. Once you\u2019ve opted in, you will then be paired with and introduced to a volunteer Navigator who will be eager to connect with you.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>
