When we look down at our phones, tablets and computers, even a slight forward bend can double the weight of your head. This places increased strain on your spine and the muscles in your shoulders and back. With average screen time being 4-5 hours per day, this prolonged posture can start to cause pain, headaches and weakened muscles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During this session, Dr. Bernhardt will discuss a few modifications you can make throughout the day to decreased the effects of \u201ctext neck\u201d, as well as how chiropractic care has been shown to relieve aches and pains associated with this prolonged forward posture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.manotickhealth.com\/dr-bernhardt-dc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dr. Sarah Bernhardt<\/a> is a Doctor of Chiropractic with Manotick Integrative Health.
