This presentation will review 3 different types of back pain followed by the most common reasons why they occur. We will explore certain risk factors that may be making you more susceptible to back pain, as well as prevention strategies, strengthening exercises, and treatment options that will help get you back to feeling your best. Dr. Sarah Bernhardt is a Doctor of Chiropractic with Manotick Integrative Health. She is passionate about living a healthy and balanced lifestyle, and helping others reach their health goals.
