{"id":156,"date":"2015-11-02T18:03:00","date_gmt":"2015-11-02T23:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/heritageengineering\/?page_id=156"},"modified":"2019-08-06T15:42:38","modified_gmt":"2019-08-06T19:42:38","slug":"internships","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/heritageengineering\/internships\/","title":{"rendered":"Internships"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Funded internships offer Master&#8217;s and Ph.D. students unique and valuable opportunities for &#8220;hands-on&#8221; learning about the practice of heritage conservation.<\/p>\n<p>Internships are offered in the <a href=\"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/heritageengineering\/heritage-engineering-research-tracks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">three research tracks<\/a> of the program: <a href=\"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/heritageengineering\/heritage-engineering-research-tracks\/building-digitalization\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Building Digitalization<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/heritageengineering\/building-rehabilitation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Building Rehabilitation<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/heritageengineering\/test\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Building Sustainability Simulation<\/a>. Students select an internship position that relates to their thesis research topic and build on their research during the internship.
