Documentary Premiere: Justice and Dignity for All: Stories from the Struggle for Pay Equity

Michael Ostroff’s documentary Justice and Dignity for All: Stories from the Struggle for Pay Equity will be premiered on Sunday, October 25 at 4 pm online (via Zoom).

This 34-minute documentary covers the 40-year struggle by the predominately female workforce of Rural and Suburban Mail Carriers for the right to pay equity with the overwhelmingly male urban letter carriers. The director, Michael Ostroff, has been a long-time contract instructor in the Department of History, where he has offered a unique course in mastering the techniques of producing narrative historical documentaries.
