Audience:Anyone

Please join us for the first of a series of “Conversations in History” events happening in the department this spring. This inaugural event will celebrate the launch of Dr. Amy Tector’s wonderful novel The Honeybee Emeralds (coming at the end of March!) and features her in conversation with Jamie Liew (Faculty of Law, University of Ottawa) whose own marvelous debut novel, Dandelion, will appear in stores at the end of April. The authors will do a short reading of their works and then we’ll have a Q&A where they will talk inspiration, historical research, the craft of writing and anything else the audience members might throw their way😊.

The event will be held on Zoom on 4 March 2022 from 2:30 to 3:30. Please register here to receive a short pre-recorded interview (with some of the juicy background stories and the Zoom link).

And stay tuned for more “Conversations in History”, featuring John Walsh, Sean Eedy and Amie Wright!
