Below is a brief summary of Prof. Kovalio&#8217;s thoughts on the situation. You can catch the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.1310news.com\/audio\/the-carol-anne-meehan-show\/\">full interview<\/a> online (1:00-2:00 portion on March 23).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Kovalio is of the belief that it is only thanks to the Beijing regime\u2019s ruthless \u201cdouble game\u201d (voting in favour of sanctions against North Korea in the UN Security Council and then, subverting those sanctions by supplying North Korea with all its needs) that North Korea can survive and even develop nuclear weapon capability, all with Chinese help as well as cooperation of other rogue states \u2013 African, like Zimbabwe and Nigeria, and Muslim states (Iran, Syria etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He further indicates that US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, in his Beijing visit early this week, gave the Chinese a list of Chinese companies which would be sanctioned if they do not stop violating the UN sanctions against&nbsp; North Korea.
