Professor Norman Hillmer<\/a>, Chancellor\u2019s Professor of History and International Affairs, and Professor Philippe Lagass\u00e9<\/a>, Associate Professor and the William and Jeanie Barton Chair in the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs have just released a new edited volume in the Canada Among Nations series entitled “Justin Trudeau and Canadian Foreign Policy<\/a>“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This book offers the first comprehensive analysis of Canadian foreign policy under the government of Justin Trudeau, with a concentration on the areas of climate change, trade, Indigenous rights, arms sales, refugees, military affairs, and relationships with the United States and China. At the book\u2019s core is Trudeau\u2019s biggest and most unexpected challenge: the election of Donald Trump as president of the United States.
