Blank&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>(M.A. 2010) <\/strong>for his article<strong>&nbsp;\u201cStills in the Hills: Moonshine Memories from around Canada\u2019s First Polish Kashub Community\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;(vol. 76, no. 1, Spring 2019). According to the Editorial Board, Blank\u2019s essay engages in meaningful scholarship in the area of food studies, examining the formation of ethnicity through the lens of consumption, while highlighting an understudied experience of Canadian Kashubs.
