Dr. Evans\u2019s many publications include <em>Life Among the Ruins: Cityscape and Sexuality in Cold War Berlin<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Professor Evans is currently working on a monograph that focuses on the intersection of social media and Holocaust memory. In her talk on April 7, &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/holocaust.oregonstate.edu\/event\/social-media-and-long-shadow-holocaust\">Social Media and Long Shadow of the Holocaus<\/a>t,&#8221; she discussed how platforms like Facebook are used to discuss the Holocaust \u2013 sometimes to minimize or even deny it, but often to spread knowledge of it and of the lessons that are implicit in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presented by the College of Liberal Arts and the School of History, Philosophy and Religious Studies.
