The issue has arisen with the recent report from the Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction that draws attention to the health harms of alcohol consumption.&nbsp; It draws attention to links between alcohol and several cancers, and it recommends levels of alcohol consumption that are dramatically lower than earlier recommendations.&nbsp;
