Below you will find the upcoming deadlines for submitting paper payroll forms and department time entry hours. Paper forms should be delivered to Payroll Services no later than 4:30 PM on the date noted below for each pay day. Forms received after this date will be processed for the next pay date.

Please note that we will no longer be accepting electronic copies of forms. An original signature is required in order to process paper forms.
