Early Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To receive reimbursement before the completion of your program please submit an Early Payment Application<\/a> along with your Career Development Fund Application<\/a>. Once you are approved, you can submit all your receipts and receive an early reimbursement. You are still required to submit proof of completion and the learning experience evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note:<\/strong> If you have received an early payment and you do not finish your program, or your program was cancelled you will need to repay your reimbursement by cheque to <\/strong>Carleton University<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Early Payment Application<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Early Payment Application is required for Career Development Fund participants who wish to be reimbursed at the beginning, rather than at the end of the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Process for Special Consideration Applicants<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Submit a Career Development Fund Application<\/a> and Early Payment Application<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Receive approval<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Pay expenses (eligible expenses include tuition, required textbooks, travel, meals, and accommodation)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Submit receipts for all expenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Receive funds<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Complete learning experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Provide proof of completion<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Submit an External Workshop Evaluation within two weeks of course completion<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
