From here, click on \u2018Tax Forms,\u2019 \u2018Slips for Income Tax Return,\u2019 select the year, and click on \u2018Statement of Remuneration Paid,\u2019 or \u2018T4A \u2013 Statement of Pension, Retirement, Annuity, and Other Income.\u2019 Next, select the drop-down menu to see if there are multiple T4\u2019s\/T4A\u2019s.
