We would like to take this time to remind you that in addition to mental health counselling services, FSEAP also provides your employees with numerous other work\/life benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FSEAP Ottawa has partnered with Jennifer Moir from&nbsp;<em>Agewell Solutions,&nbsp;<\/em>who provides personalized and supportive services for clients in need of information and guidance in achieving practical solutions for aging adults and their families. Jennifer is a Certified Senior Relocation and Transition Specialist, an Elder Care Planning Counsellor, and Certified Health Specialist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What Agewell Solutions does:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>offer independent, professional\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.agewellsolutions.ca\/seniors-and-families\/senior-housing-and-relocation\/\"><strong>senior housing and relocation assistance<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provide\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.agewellsolutions.ca\/seniors-and-families\/care-navigation-and-advocacy\/\"><strong>care navigation and advocacy services<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to ensure your health care needs are met and your voice is heard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>support and offer guidance to\u00a0<strong>family members<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.agewellsolutions.ca\/professionals\/workplace-wellness\/\"><strong>working Canadians<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0so they can continue to thrive while supporting their loved ones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>educate and train\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.agewellsolutions.ca\/professionals\/financial-services\/\"><strong>caring professionals<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0so they can offer exceptional service to their clients\u2019 regardless of age and health status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that in respect of social distancing guidelines, all appointments will be held through either telephone or video conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are additional alternative points of access for EAP services.
