As we prepare ourselves for an additional month of social distancing measures, many are feeling increasingly distraught, with each person\u2019s experience varying. We are experiencing something so unprecedented at both the macro and micro levels that it can be difficult to weed through the many different emotions and articulate what we\u2019re feeling. While we are all in this together, our experiences and resulting feelings are very unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All around us the world is quickly changing and it can easily feel as though we have little to no control; this can be stress and anxiety inducing for many.
