Here are a few examples from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.workplacestrategiesformentalhealth.com\/resources\/supportive-conversation-library\">Workplace Strategies for Mental Health<\/a> site, of breaks you can take either alone, with co-workers, or even with your family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take time to tidy up: taking even 10 minutes a day to tidy up our workspace, and file and organize our email, gives us a sense of order and control that positively influences our outlook;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a wall of gratitude: put up a message board (at the office or online) where people can add a note about what they\u2019re grateful for in the workplace; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work together on a puzzle: working with kids at home? Set up a large puzzle to do together during break times to refocus for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>March 20th, 2021 is International Day of Happiness!
