\n T2200S (Declaration of Conditions of Employment for Working at Home Due to COVID-19) For 2023\n <\/h1>\n \n \n <\/header>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

For the 2023 tax year, Carleton University will not<\/strong> be providing the T2200S <\/strong>(Declaration of Conditions of Employment for Working at Home Due to COVID-19) tax form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you require a past T2200S form between 2020-22, please use our Past T2200S Tax Form Request form<\/a> for a copy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Human Resources will be issuing T2200 (Declaration of Conditions of Employment) tax forms to eligible employees for 2023.To be eligible to receive a T2200, the employee must have an approved flexible work agreement<\/a> in place for 2023, which indicates that the employee works from home a minimum of 50% of their working hours, and is for a period of at least 4 consecutive weeks during the tax year.  Forms for eligible employees can be found in the My HR section of the Carleton Intranet<\/a>.
