The Centre for Transnational Cultural Analysis and the Institute for Comparative Studies in Literature, Art and Culture (ICSLAC) invite you to attend the first session of the 2018-2019 Cultural Transfers Workshop series entitled, “Diasporas, Museums, and Knowledge Structures” on Friday November 16, 3:00-4:30pm, in 201D Saint Patrick’s Building (ICSLAC Seminar Room).

This session will feature Dr. Stephen Inglis (Art History) and Victoria Nolte (Cultural Mediations PhD Candidate).

Workshops are organized as follows: two 20-minute presentations followed by a question/discussion period.

Cultural Transfers is a workshop series co-organized by the Institute for Comparative Studies in Literature, Art and Culture, and the Centre for Transnational Cultural Analysis, Carleton University. Each session pairs student and faculty research as a way to examine intersections around related topics, methodologies, and/or research questions.
