      <p class='gform_description'>This form is for Cultural Mediations students ready to start their Comprehensive II Examination and should be completed with the Comprehensive Advisor\/First Reader. The agreed upon reading list must be attached for approval by the Cultural Mediations Graduate Supervisor. Once approved, a copy of the form and reading list will be emailed to the student, the Comprehensive Advisor\/First Reader and the Second Reader. This signifies that the student may proceed begin the examination on the expected date.
