It is required ahead of any practicum placement and will be forwarded to our Practicum Coordinator and the student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/icslac\/letter-from-placement-employer\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"7451\">Letter from Placement Employer:<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>This form is to be filled out\u00a0<strong>by the prospective practicum supervisor from the partnering institution (the employer) or by an official authority from the partnering institution<\/strong>. It is required ahead of any practicum placement and will be forwarded to our Practicum Coordinator and ICSLAC\u2019s administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/icslac\/student-declaration-of-understanding-and-agreement\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"7452\">Student Declaration of Understanding and Agreement<\/a>:<\/strong>\u00a0This form is to be filled out\u00a0<strong>by\u00a0the student.<\/strong>\u00a0It is required ahead of any practicum placement and will be forwarded to our Practicum Coordinator and ICSLAC\u2019s administrator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All students planning to enroll in a practicum course should carefully review ahead of time the assignment requirement and deadlines as detailed in the course outline<strong>.
