Students on publications in RACAR\n                    <\/h1>\n                \n                                \n                            <\/header>\n\n                    <\/div>\n\n            <\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<p>The newest edition of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.racar-racar.com\/2010.html\">RACAR*<\/a> has a strong presence of current and former Cultural Mediations PhD students.&nbsp;<span id=\"u_jsonp_2_19\" class=\"_ezo\">Congratulations<\/span>&nbsp;to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.concordia.ca\/finearts\/art-history\/faculty.html?fpid=heather-igloliorte\">Dr. Heather Igloliorte<\/a>, PhD 2013, for editing a fantastic volume which includes current students&nbsp;Alexexandra Nahwegahbow&#8217;s article &#8220;From Great-Grandmothers to Great-Granddaughters: \u201cMoving Life\u201d in Baby Carriers and Birchbark Baskets&#8221; and&nbsp;Stacy Ernst&#8217;s &#8220;Indigenous Sovereignty and Settler Amnesia: Robert Houle\u2019s Premises for Self Rule.&#8221;&nbsp; Dr. Igloliorte is an Assistant Professor in Art History at Concordia University in Montreal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cuart.colorado.edu\/people\/faculty\/annette\/\">Dr. Anne de Stecher<\/a>, PhD 2013, is teaching at the University of Colorado Boulder in the Department of Art &amp;
