Presented by Canadian Heritage in collaboration with Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada,\u00a0<em>Echoing the Land<\/em>\u00a0is currently on display in Ottawa\u2019s Clarendon and York Courtyards until March 2023. As relayed on the Canadian Heritage\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/canadian-heritage\/services\/art-monuments\/temporary-exhibits\/video-echoing-land.html\">website<\/a>, this exhibition &#8220;features diverse works by First Nations, M\u00e9tis and Inuit artists created between 1977 to 2020 that address resonance through the land and reflect upon Indigenous artist connections with territory that are expressed across generations, cultures, geographies, and languages&#8221;. Student curators include Cultural Mediations doctoral candidate\u00a0<strong>Krista Zawadski<\/strong>, whose research profiles can be found\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/culturalmediations\/people\/krista-ulujuk-zawadski\/\">here<\/a>.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/canadian-heritage\/services\/art-monuments\/temporary-exhibits\/video-echoing-land.html\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Dr. Carmen Robertson<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0is Canada Research Chair in North American Art and Material Culture at Carleton University. As an ICSLAC faculty member, she is actively engaged through graduate teaching and supervision in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/culturalmediations\/\">Cultural Mediations PhD<\/a>.
