CRSC – Student Award for Canadian Colour Research

The Colour Research Society of Canada is pleased to announce our Student Award for Canadian Colour Research.

This Award is open to all graduate and undergraduate students studying in Canada who have produced a study related to colour and colour phenomena.

Colour must be the main topic of the study, but all disciplines or combination of disciplines are welcome. Research-based or practice-based projects are welcome (e.g. scientific, historical, literary, architectural, artistic or other practice-based approaches).  Individual or group submissions are acceptable.


  • Certificate and Cash prize $200 CAD    (1 award to be given annually)
  • Opportunity to present your work at a CRSC meeting (in person or online / seminar or webinar)
  • 1- year CRSC membership
  • Profile listed on the CRSC webpage
  • In the case of group project, one cash prize, profile and presentation will be given to the group, and each group member will receive a 1-year CRSC membership

Submissions for the 2020 award will be accepted from November 1 2020 – January 31 2021.
