candidates are chosen from a large pool of applicants. The design of the portfolio is important, and the Admissions Committee will also be considering the quality and clarity\u00a0of the work presented.<\/p>\n<p>Your submission should include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Resume (academics, work experience, interests, and other);<\/li>\n<li>Statement of interest with reasons for wanting to study industrial design; and<\/li>\n<li>Diverse selection of creative works (10-15 suggested) that demonstrated your critical thinking and problem-solving process in the development of the final work. Please include explanatory notes where needed to explain the theme, problem, or process.\u00a0Show creative effort through fine artwork such as drawing, sketching, sculptures, painting.\u00a0 You may also present work in performance and digital arts, such as film, dance, event design, drama\/theatre, video, game design, animation etc.\u00a0 You may demonstrate the human interaction with your design work such as fashion, jewelry design, furniture, built environments, sports equipment. Please limit to 20 pages.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum of 20 individual images. Please upload 1 (one) image at a time. Images may be submitted in horizontal and\/or vertical orientation. Images larger than 1280 x 1280 x 72 PPI will be resized.<\/li>\n<li>A combination of individual images, videos, and documents. Please upload 1 item at a time and do not exceed 20 items. Within this option, multiple-page PDF files that are within a single item will<strong> NOT<\/strong> be seen to be reviewed.
