These include\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Management Mornings, Coaching at Carleton, and Mentoring Relationships.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This is because these areas rely on a type of engagement that can\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">encourage participants to <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">work in ways that highlight how\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">reflection, analysis, and action<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">can<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0inform and support\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">one another.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For example, after attending a workshop or hav<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">i<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ng a work<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">-related<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0experience (e.g.\u00a0hiring a new staff member), a manager might\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(1)\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">work with a coach or mentor or\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(2)\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">use\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">reflective pract<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ice guidelines<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0to identify<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0what worked well and what they would want to do differently in the future<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.
