Please join the authors and editors of a new special issue of Children & Society<\/em>\u00a0on Wed Apr 24 at 10am ET to celebrate the launch of 15 fantastic papers by scholars, practitioners and peer researchers engaged in activist research across the world. The event will include an introduction to the special issue and articles, and then a panel with provocations and critical reflection on child and youth activism and participatory research. Dr. Leila Angod from Childhood and Youth Studies\u00a0at IIS will present on this panel, which will be followed by Q&A where writers and the audience will have an opportunity to share ideas, experiences and views on the future direction of this field of research.<\/p>\n
