Classroom Technology Support provides front line technical support for classroom instruction in over 150 electronically equipped general pool classrooms and labs across campus. We assist instructors, students and staff with their audio-visual, multimedia and instructional support needs, including classroom computer hardware and software, lecture capture and even CUNET passwords. If it’s not permanently installed in a classroom, we can also help with a wide variety of portable equipment available for loan.

Audio Visual Equipment Reservations

CTS offers a wide variety of audio visual and multimedia equipment for instructional and research purposes. Make a booking online with our Equipment Reservation Form or call 613-520-3815 to discuss your specific requirements.

Students: Students may borrow equipment for assigned course work and in-class presentations. Call ahead to reserve the equipment, then simply present a signed Equipment Authorization Form to our main office in Loeb D283 when you pick up your order. Please note that rental charges are levied for equipment loans without faculty authorization and that pick up and delivery charges will be levied for all users.

CUSA: Recognized CUSA student groups and other users may be assessed equipment rental fees at a cost recovery rate. Please refer to Carleton University Event Support (CUES) for more information.
