Government of India, New Delhi and India-Canada Centre for Innovative Multidisciplinary Partnership to Accelerate Community Transformation and Sustainability (IC-IMPACTS) conduct the India-Canada Cooperative Science Programme to promote bilateral scientific collaboration between Indian and Canadian scientists.<\/p>\n<p>Joint applications are invited from eligible Indian and Canadian researchers \/scientists to submit proposals for joint projects.<\/p>\n<p>The joint call for proposals will support collaborative research projects in the following scientific areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Structural performance of buildings including earthquake resistance<\/li>\n<li>Innovative buildings materials with low carbon footprint<\/li>\n<li>Thermal, acoustical and lighting comfort in buildings<\/li>\n<li>Buildings and human health<\/li>\n<li>Buildings and energy conservation<\/li>\n<li>Buildings and water conservation<\/li>\n<li>Building Infrastructures and Internet of Things (IoT)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Funding Available<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maximum amount: Travel support, accommodation, per diems and domestic travel within India (including airport transfers).<\/li>\n<li>Project duration: 1-2 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please contact Harry Sharma (&#x48;&#x61;&#x72;&#x72;&#121;&#46;Sha&#x72;&#x6d;&#x61;&#x40;&#67;&#97;rle&#x74;&#x6f;&#x6e;&#x2e;&#99;&#97;) if you would like to apply, find a partner in India, or require support\u00a0with\u00a0the application process.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Department of Science and Technology (DST), Ministry of Science &amp; Technology.
