Cedar Tea Break

Monday’s from 10 am to 12 pm

Come enjoy a cup of cedar tea every Monday with fellow students. Catch up after the weekend, get centred to start your week and grab some stress management tips from our counsellor, Staci.

Cedar Tea can be enjoyed warm or on ice mixed with a hint of honey or maple syrup. It has amazing anti-inflammatory benefits and is great for the respiratory system.

Traditional Craft

Tuesday’s from 1 to 3 pm

Each week, students will be guided through the process of creating a traditional craft using unique Indigenous materials. All supplies will be provided. No registration required.

Traditional Sewing

Wednesday’s from 1 to 3 pm

Students will learn how to sew a variety of projects using a combination of hand and machine sewing. Students can also bring and get support with completing their own sewing projects. No registration required. No previous experience is required and all supplies will be provided.

Beading Circle

Thursday’s from 1 to 3 pm

Gather with other students in an open and inviting circle of beaders. Students are welcome to bring their own beadwork projects or projects can be provided by the Centre. All supplies are included. No experience necessary.

Friday Warm-Ups

Friday’s from 12 to 2 pm

Chilly Fall weather and those frigid winter months make getting to class even more difficult. Stop by every Friday for a study break and grab a hot cup of soup.
