Cedar Tea Break
Monday’s from 10 am to 12 pm
Come enjoy a cup of cedar tea every Monday with fellow students. Catch up after the weekend, get centered to start your week, and grab some stress management tips.
Cedar Tea can be enjoyed warm or on ice mixed with a hint of honey or maple syrup. It has amazing anti-inflammatory benefits and is great for the respiratory system.
Tuesday’s from 1 to 3 pm
Each week, students will be guided through the process of creating a traditional craft using unique Indigenous materials. All supplies will be provided. No registration is required.
Thursday’s from 1 to 3 pm
Gather with other students in an open and inviting circle of beaders. Students are welcome to bring their own beadwork projects or projects can be provided by the Centre. All supplies are included. No experience is necessary.
Friday’s from 12 to 2 pm
Chilly Fall weather and those frigid winter months make getting to class even more difficult. Stop by every Friday for a study break and grab a hot cup of soup.
