Some BA programs may require a higher GPA or have prerequisite subjects for high school.<\/p>\n<p>Click\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/calendar.carleton.ca\/undergrad\/regulations\/academicregulationsoftheuniversity\/grading\/#grading-system\">here<\/a>\u00a0for more information on Carleton\u2019s grade point scale and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/calendar.carleton.ca\/undergrad\/regulations\/academicregulationsoftheuniversity\/regulations-for-degree-students\/#cumulative-grade-point-average\">here<\/a> for how a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) is calculated.<\/p>\n<p><em>Please note: students with previous university studies will have different standards.
