Consultation with Indigenous Students

The Carleton University Indigenous Strategic Initiatives Committee (CUISIC) was convened last fall to revitalize the university’s Indigenous strategy and re-energize relationships with Indigenous communities in the region and across the country. The committee is comprised of First Nations, Métis and Inuit members from local communities, as well as Carleton faculty, professional services staff and students. The committee has been meeting regularly since December. A full activity timeline is available on our website.
As part of our consultation process, the committee is hosting consultation sessions with the campus community in March. All current Indigenous students are invited to attend this session. A light lunch will be provided. Students who attend a consultation session will receive a $10 gift card. Please register below to confirm your attendance.
